What makes your hoodies and sweatshirts special?

Our hoodies and sweatshirts are thick, plush, and incredibly cozy — the kind of sweatshirt you reach for again and again. We carefully selected materials that feel soft, warm, and long-lasting, so you can enjoy every cuddle on the couch or chilly dog walk in style.

How do I know which size to order?

Are your products made to order?

Yes! Every Companion Club piece is made to order. This means your item is crafted just for you after you place your order — helping us reduce waste and focus on intentional quality.

Will my item look exactly like the photos?

Yes, but slight variations may occur in color or placement due to the made-to-order nature of each item. We do our best to represent each product as accurately as possible.

Do you offer gift cards?

Yes! You can purchase digital gift cards here. They make a great gift for any pet lover.

Where do you ship?

We currently ship within the U.S. International shipping may be added in the future.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Most orders ship within 5–7 business days after purchase. Since each item is made to order, production times may vary slightly during peak seasons.

Do you offer expedited shipping?

Not at this time. Because our products are made to order, all orders follow the standard production timeline.

How can I track my order?

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking info. If you haven’t received your tracking number after 7 business days, please email support@companionclub.co

My package says delivered, but I didn’t receive it. What should I do?

Sometimes carriers mark packages as delivered a day early. If it doesn’t arrive after 48 hours, reach out to your local carrier or contact us and we’ll do our best to help.

Do you accept returns or offer refunds?

Because each piece is made to order, we do not offer refunds. You can read our full policy here.

Can I exchange my item for a different size or color?

Yes! We offer exchanges within 14 days of delivery. The item must be unworn, unwashed, and returned to us before we process a replacement. You can read our full exchange process here.

I received the wrong item or it arrived damaged — what now?

If your order arrived damaged, misprinted, or incorrect, email us at support@companionclub.co within 30 days. We’ll fix it right away at no cost to you. You can read our full policy here.

Can I return or exchange something I’ve already worn or washed?

Unfortunately, no. Items must be in original, unworn condition to be eligible for an exchange. You can read our full policy here.
