Companion Club LLC (“Companion Club”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) is a company that designs, markets, and sells premium apparel inspired by meaningful companionship. Our mission is to remind people that life is most joyful when we care for others.

By using this Site, you agree to follow and be bound by these Terms along with our Privacy Policy and Shipping & Returns Policy. These documents form a legally binding agreement between you and Companion Club.

You must be at least 18 years old to use this Site or make a purchase. By using this Site, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18.

If you create an account, you agree that:
• You are responsible for all activity under your account.
• You will keep your login information secure.
• You will notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

Companion Club may suspend or terminate accounts that are inactive, fraudulent, or in violation of these Terms.

5.1 Product Descriptions

We strive to be as accurate as possible with product descriptions, images, and specifications. However, colors may vary based on screen settings, and we cannot guarantee that your device will display colors with perfect accuracy.

5.2 Order Acceptance

Your receipt of an order confirmation does not constitute acceptance of your order. Companion Club reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders at its discretion, including where products are listed at incorrect prices, are out of stock, or there are errors in the order.

5.3 Pricing

Product prices are in U.S. dollars. We may change prices at any time without notice, but changes will not affect orders that have already been placed.

We use third-party processors (e.g., Shopify Payments, PayPal) to accept payments. By making a purchase, you authorize us and our payment processors to charge your payment method.

You agree not to dispute any legitimate charges made by Companion Club. All payments are final unless otherwise stated in our Return Policy.

All orders are processed according to our Shipping Policy. Delivery times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed.

Because items are made to order, we do not typically accept returns or exchanges unless the item is defective or incorrect. See our Return Policy for full details.

All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, images, videos, and product designs, is owned by Companion Club or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any content without our prior written consent.

If you post reviews, photos, or other content (“User Content”), you grant Companion Club a nonexclusive, royalty‑free, worldwide right to use, display, and publish that content in marketing and on the Site.

You represent and warrant that you own or control all rights to your User Content and that Companion Club’s use will not violate any third-party rights.

You agree not to use the Site for unlawful or prohibited purposes, including but not limited to:
• Violating any laws or regulations
• Infringing intellectual property or privacy rights
• Uploading malicious code (viruses, malware)
• Trying to reverse-engineer any part of the Site

Companion Club may terminate your access for prohibited conduct.

THE SITE AND PRODUCTS ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. COMPANION CLUB MAKES NO WARRANTY THAT:

• YOUR USE OF THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR‑FREE
• PRODUCT DESCRIPTIONS OR OTHER CONTENT ARE ACCURATE, COMPLETE, OR CURRENT
• PRODUCTS WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, COMPANION CLUB IS NOT LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR PURCHASE OF PRODUCTS, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Companion Club and its directors, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, liability, damages, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any dispute arising under these Terms will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Hudson County, New Jersey.

For disputes arising out of or related to these Terms, you and Companion Club agree to resolve disputes through binding arbitration in New Jersey under the rules of the American Arbitration Association, except as otherwise provided below.

Exceptions: Either party may bring a claim in small claims court.

You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted only on an individual basis, not as a class or collective action.

We may use third‑party providers (e.g., Shopify, Google Analytics, payment processors). Use of those services is subject to the providers’ terms and policies.

If you participate in a Companion Club affiliate, referral, or ambassador program, you agree to the specific terms outlined in that program here and to follow all marketing and branding guidelines.

We may revise these Terms at any time. The updated version will appear on this page with a new “Last Updated” date. Your continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
