Returns & Refunds

At Companion Club, your comfort and satisfaction matter to us. Here’s how we handle returns, exchanges, and refunds.

A. Our Promise

We want you to love what you ordered. If something isn't right, we're here to help. Please read below to understand your options and reach out to us at support@companionclub.co with any questions.

B. Exchanges (Within 7 Days of Delivery)

We accept exchanges for a different size, color, or product within 7 days of delivery.

How exchanges work:

  1. Email us at support@companionclub.co within 7 days of receiving your order
  2. Include your order number and what you'd like to exchange for
  3. We'll send you return instructions and a shipping address
  4. Ship the item back in unworn, unwashed, and unused condition
  5. Once we receive it, we'll get your replacement on its way

We cover the cost of the replacement. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility. Exchanges requested after 7 days cannot be accommodated.

C. Refunds

We do not offer refunds for the following:

  • Incorrect size selection
  • Color preference changes
  • Change of mind
  • Items ordered in error

If you're unsure about sizing or color before ordering, please don't hesitate to reach out — we're happy to help.

D. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or incorrect, we will make it right.

Email us at support@companionclub.co within 30 days of delivery and include:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos showing the issue

Once verified, we'll send a replacement at no cost to you. You will not be asked to return the original item.

E. Non-Returnable/Exchangeable Items

The following are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Worn or washed items
  • Items returned without prior approval
  • Gift cards
  • Sale or clearance items (all sales final)
F. Return Shipping

If your exchange is approved, we'll provide return instructions by email. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as Companion Club is not responsible for packages lost in transit. Items sent back without prior authorization will not be processed.
