Returns & Refunds

At Companion Club, your comfort and satisfaction matter to us. While each item is made just for you, we know that sometimes things don’t go exactly as planned. Here’s how we handle returns, exchanges, and refunds.

A. Custom Production

Each Companion Club item is produced specifically for you once your order is placed. This helps us reduce waste, maintain quality, and create products that are thoughtfully made rather than mass‑produced.

Because of the custom nature of our products, we do not offer refunds.

Please review sizing details carefully before ordering. If you have any questions about fit or fabric, we’re always happy to help before you place your order.

B. Exchanges (Within 14 Days of Delivery)

We do offer exchanges for a different size, color, or product, provided the request is made within 14 days of delivery.

How exchanges work:
1. Email us at [support@companionclub.co] within 14 days of receiving your order.
2. Include your order number and what you’d like to exchange for.
3. We’ll send you return instructions and a shipping address.
4. Ship the item back to us in unworn, unwashed, and unused condition.
5. Once we receive the item, we’ll place a new made‑to‑order replacement for you.

We cover the cost of the replacement item. You are responsible for return shipping.

Exchange requests made after 14 days of delivery cannot be accommodated.

C. Refunds

Because all items are made to order, we do not offer refunds for:

• Incorrect size selection
• Color preference changes
• Change of mind
• Items ordered in error

This policy allows us to continue offering premium, intentional products while minimizing waste.

D. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or incorrect, we will make it right.

Please email [support@companionclub.co] within 30 days of delivery and include:

• Your order number
• Clear photos showing the issue

Once verified, we will send a replacement at no cost to you. In these cases, you will not be asked to return the original item.

E. Non-Returnable/Exchangeable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

• Worn or washed items
• Items returned without prior approval
• Gift cards
• Sale or clearance items (all sales final)

F. Return Shipping

If your exchange is approved, we will provide return instructions by email. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as Companion Club is not responsible for packages lost in transit.

Returns sent without authorization will not be processed.
