What makes your products special?

Every Companion Club piece is made with soft, premium-weight fabrics designed for the moments that matter most — lazy mornings, long walks, and everything in between. We obsess over fit, feel, and finish so you end up with something you actually reach for every day.

How do I know which size to order?

Each product page includes a detailed size chart. If you're between sizes, we recommend sizing up for a more relaxed fit. Madalyn is 5'9" and models a size L across most styles. Still unsure? Email us at support@companionclub.co and we'll help you out.

Will my item look exactly like the photos?

We work hard to represent every product as accurately as possible. Slight variations in color may occur depending on your screen settings, but what you see is very close to what you'll receive.

Do you offer gift cards?

Yes – You can purchase digital gift cards here. They make a great gift for any pet lover.

Where do you ship?

We currently ship within the United States.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 5–7 business days. Once shipped, domestic delivery usually takes an additional 3–5 business days. You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order is on its way.

Do you offer expedited shipping?

Not at this time. All orders follow our standard processing and shipping timeline.

How can I track my order?

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with your tracking information. You can also track your order anytime at companionclub.co/parcelpanel. If you haven't received tracking details after 7 business days, reach out to us at support@companionclub.co.

My package says delivered, but I didn’t receive it. What should I do?

Carriers occasionally mark packages as delivered a day before they actually arrive. We'd suggest waiting 48 hours first. If it still hasn't shown up, contact your local carrier and reach out to us at support@companionclub.co — we'll do everything we can to help.

Do you accept returns or offer refunds?

We want you to love your order. If something isn't right, reach out to us at support@companionclub.co within 7 days of delivery and we'll guide you through the process. Items must be unworn and unwashed to be eligible.

Can I exchange my item for a different size or color?

We don't process direct exchanges, but we make it simple — return your original item for a refund and place a new order for the size or color you'd like. Email us at support@companionclub.co within 7 days of delivery to get started.

I received the wrong item or it arrived damaged — what now?

We're sorry about that. Email us at support@companionclub.co within 30 days of delivery with a photo of the issue and we'll send a replacement at no cost to you, no questions asked.

Can I return or exchange something I’ve already worn or washed?

Unfortunately no — items must be unworn and unwashed to be eligible for a return or refund.
