What is your return policy?
Because each item is made-to-order just for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons like:
- Choosing the wrong size or color
- Changing your mind after purchase
We strongly recommend double-checking the size guide and product details before placing your order to ensure everything is just right.
Gift cards are non-refundable.
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
No. All sales are final unless the item arrives damaged or defective. Our products are printed or embroidered on demand, which means they’re created just for you — so we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges for fit, color, or preference.
Can I cancel or update my order after it’s placed?
If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we may be able to make a change. Please reach out to us immediately at support@companionclub.co and we’ll do our best to help.
Do I need to send back a damaged item?
No need to return it. If your item arrives with a manufacturing defect or damage, simply contact us within 30 days of delivery. We’ll offer you a free replacement or a full refund — your choice.
To start a claim, just email support@companionclub.co with your order number and a photo of the issue.
