Returns, Exchanges & Cancellations
What is your return policy?
We want you to love your Companion Club purchase. If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or with a manufacturing issue, we’ll replace it or offer a refund right away. Just reach out to support@companionclub.co within 30 days of receiving your order and include your order number and a clear photo of the issue.
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Because our apparel is created in small, limited runs and shipped directly from our production team, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges for wrong size, color, or change-of-mind reasons. We recommend reviewing our size guide before placing your order.
Can I cancel or update my order after it’s placed?
Orders move into production shortly after purchase, so cancellations and edits are only possible within 12 hours of ordering. If you need to make a change, contact support@companionclub.co as soon as possible — we’ll do everything we can to help.
Do I need to send back a damaged item?
No need! A quick photo is all we require to verify the issue so we can process a replacement or refund fast.
What if I entered the wrong shipping address?
If you realize your address is incorrect, please contact us immediately. Once an order has shipped, we’re unable to update delivery details, but we’ll assist you in re-ordering if needed.
Orders & Shipping
How long will my order take to arrive?
Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days and shipped within 5–8 business days. You’ll receive a tracking link as soon as your order ships.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we ship within the United States, but we plan to expand soon! Join our newsletter to be notified when international shipping becomes available.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking link so you can follow your order’s journey.
Sizing & Product Care
How do I know what size to order?
Each product page includes a size chart to help you find the best fit. If you’re between sizes, we recommend sizing up for a relaxed, cozy feel.
How should I care for my Companion Club apparel?
Machine wash cold, inside out, with like colors. Tumble dry low or hang dry to preserve the print and fabric quality. Avoid bleach or ironing directly over designs.

Do you offer discounts?
Yes! Join our email list for 20% off your first order and early access to new releases, sales, and exclusive offers.
Can I use multiple discount codes at once?
Only one discount code can be applied per order.

Do I need an account to order?
No — you can check out as a guest. But creating an account allows you to track orders, save your details, and view past purchases.
How do I subscribe to your newsletter?
You can sign up using the form towards the bottom of our website. You’ll get early access to new drops, cozy stories, and special offers.
How do I unsubscribe from emails?
You can unsubscribe anytime by clicking the link at the bottom of any Companion Club email.
